Accounting / Operator assistant (speaking English)

Position: Accouting assistant
Type of employment: Full-time employment
Location: Chisinau, Center
The Ultrafog company is seeking to recruit a pro-active and result-oriented candidate to fill a position as Accounting and Logistic Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will mainly provide support to the accounting section:

Check documents for invoices
Register the information
Check statements etc.
Keep under control spare parts order in order to ensure proper shipments of the same

Required qualifications

Knowledge of the English – is mandatory
Knowledge of the French, Italian - is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
A structured mind-set and excellent planning and coordination skills
Service-mindedness
