Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the product delivery process. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in an agile environment and possess excellent team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Planning and Management:
- Develop and maintain the product delivery plan, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring delivery milestones are met.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to minimize delays.

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative - and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Agile Process Implementation:
- Implement and promote agile methodologies and practices within the team.
- Conduct regular agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Adapt and refine agile processes to suit the team’s needs and improve delivery efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and delivery progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact product delivery.
- Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role within a software development or IT environment.
- Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and related processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
