At this point, Zelh is looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator (Carrier Sales Representative + Operation Manager) to join our team. You will play a dual role, providing administrative support as a virtual assistant and managing carrier relationships as a sales representative. You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping, while also developing and maintaining relationships with transportation carriers to ensure smooth freight shipments for the company.

Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential transportation carriers to establish new partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing carriers, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing coordination and communication
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels
Coordinate the booking and dispatching of shipments to carriers, considering customer requirements, carrier capacity, and delivery deadline
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate pick-up, transit, and delivery
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the transportation process, such as delays, damages, or service failures
Perform accurate data entry to maintain carrier records and update relevant information
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting teams/freight agents
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for company personnel
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts
Perform accurate data entry tasks and ensure records are up to date
Maintain and update company databases and systems with accurate information
Help maintain an organized virtual office environment, ensuring files and documents are properly managed and accessible
Maintain accurate records of carrier information, contracts, rates, and shipment details
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and warehousing, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics
Provide regular reports and updates on carrier performance, shipment status, and relevant metrics

Required skills:
1 years + of experience in sales or customer service is a MUST
Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, providing administrative support and managing tasks remotely
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both administrative and sales-related responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, virtual communication tools)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for carrier sales and coordination
Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and freight management preferred.
Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, documents, and schedules
Adaptability to work in a virtual environment and collaborate remotely with team members
