Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Ownerwith a passion for gaming to drive the development and success of our gaming products. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and enhance the player experience, ensuring that our games meet business goals and player expectations.
What you will do:

Define Game Vision & Strategy
Work with stakeholders to develop a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with market trends and player expectations.
Manage & Prioritize Backlog
Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business and player needs.
Collaborate with Development Teams
Partner with game designers, engineers, and QA to deliver engaging, high-quality gaming experiences.
Player & Market Research
Analyze player feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform game design decisions.
Sprint Planning & Execution
Lead sprint planning meetings, ensuring the team has clear goals and deliverables for each development cycle.
Define Acceptance Criteria
Ensure game features meet quality standards, gameplay expectations, and technical requirements before release.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary bridge between business teams, development teams, and end-users, providing clear updates on product status.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience with Product Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of industry trends, player behavior, and market dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
