My name is Gary.
I am founder of the newly growing agency Weblics Consulting.
Weblics Consulting is a Web Optimisation(CRO) Agency, helping SMEs optimise their websites’ Conversion Rates.

Having failed at my former entrepreneurial attempt - Amazon marketing agency, I’ve reflected a lot and taken away a lot of lessons.
60 days ago, I’ve launched Weblics. The agency, that takes roots from my very first digital knowledge, experience and love - analytics.
Today - I have more leads and clients I can manage…Weblics is already more successful than my previous agency…

This is why I am looking for a talented web analyst to join me at the very beginning of our prosperous journey.

Who am I looking for? And soft skills do I expect of you?
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing requests in a fast-paced environment meeting all project deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build healthy relationships, collaborate and actively contribute
- Ability to draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify output and to troubleshoot data
- Excellent communication skills to communicate complex ideas and recommendations simply
- Take initiative to propose analyses and reports, with a focus on continual optimisation
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understand E-Commerce business requirements and objectives
- Eager to learn new skills, come up with ideas and experiment
- Ready to make mistakes, and take responsibility for them
- Understand the relationships between data & activities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive mindset, yet being a realist :)
- B2+ in English!! [Written 90%/Spoken 10%]
- Russian - is your native language [90% of our communication]

What hard skills/experience do I expect you to have
- 2+ years in Web Analytics
- Expert knowledge of GA4 & GTM
- Experience with dashboard and visualisation tools like Looker Studio/Tableau
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Spreadsheets
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely/Varyfi/OptinMonster/Posthog
- Basic Knowledge of JS, HTML, CSS [would be great]
- Basic Knowledge of Amplitude [would be great]

What would be your main tasks
- Google Analytics 4/Google Tag Manager/other tags Configuration
- Google Ads/Facebook Ads/LinkedIn Ads tracking Configuration
- Triggers, Key Events, Conversions, Goals Setup & Configuration
- Advanced Tracking Implementation
- Website Audits & Recommendations
- Tracking / Reporting Optimisation
- Marketing Performance Analysis
- Diagnosing & Troubleshooting Errors
- Building visualised, Insightful & Automated Reports
- Thorough & Insightful User Behaviour Analysis
- Thorough & Insightful Competitors’ Websites Analysis
- Mapping Out Sales Journeys & Customer Purchasing Pathways

What do I offer

- Central European Time (CET): 9AM - 6PM | 10AM - 7PM | 11AM - 8PM
