We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Keeping and organizing accounting and administrative records
- Managing files for maintenance, bills, brokers unpaid loads, broker bonds
- Opening bond claims and tracking RTS unpaid or short-paid loads
- Handling Accounts Receivable and ensuring timely payments
- Ensuring accuracy and updates of financial information
- Collaborating with brokers and carriers for payment reconciliation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of the trucking industry (a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Conversational English proficiency
