Architect

We are a facility management company based in Oslo, Norway.
Our customers are commercial buildings and apartment building owners. We deliver services to the buildings and we are managing the buildings for the owners.

We are looking for an architect that can take the responsibility for drawings for all of our costumer’s building.

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for all the properties/buildings drawings and plans.
• Keep all the drawings/sketches updated
• Work on projects where tenants want to update their rooms/plans
• Implement the sketches in our facility management system and update when needed

It would be nice if you have some knowledge and experience with BIM (not obligatory).
You will be responsible for BIM and "The digital twin" for all our costumers buildings.

DWG is the format we are using; you need know how to work with it.

Example of drawings/plans:
Fire and safety
• Fire and safety drawings/plans
• Emergency and escape lighting drawings/plans – With ID numbers on the technical objects
• Fire alarm and detection systems drawings/plans – With ID numbers on the technical objects
• Fire equipment drawings/plans (information where the fire hoses and fire extinguisher are placed and other fire related equipment)
• Fire zones plan/drawings
• Fire strategy plan/drawings
• Fire escape plans/emergency escape plans

General drawings/plans:
• Facade drawings/plans
• Parking administration drawings/plans
• Drawings/plans to calculate the common areas/public areas in the building
• Outside garden plans/drawings – where should the gras be maintained/where are the different beds/trees (so it can be connected to the maintenance plan)
• Outside maintenance plans/drawings – where should the snow be plowed
• Cleaning plans and drawings (plans and drawings for cleaning staff) Digital

We work in CEST time zone (GMT+2 in summer, GMT+1 in winter) and we will expect you to work in the same time with us. We do not work weekends unless emergency.

This is not a creative job, its a "technical job"

This is a full time job, 40 hours each week.
