Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, your mission is to connect with prospective clients, understand their travel needs, and offer tailored flight options for premium class journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the booking process, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Your ability to build relationships, close sales, and provide outstanding follow up support will drive your success and your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients: Respond to inquiries from individuals seeking business and first class travel solutions.
Identify client needs: Research client preferences and provide personalized travel options.
Drive sales: Use strong negotiation skills to finalize bookings and ensure a mutually beneficial deal.
Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain relationships: Deliver top notch post sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
