What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support via phone and email.
Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues quickly, and deliver efficient solutions.
Champion the customer experience by fostering positive interactions and exceeding expectations.
Contribute to a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

We're Looking For Someone With:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and de-escalate situations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to pinpoint root causes and identify effective solutions.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to building long-term relationships.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Availability to work night shifts Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00.
