We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our friendly team!

What We're Looking For:

Strong English skills for speaking and writing (additional knowing Spanish is a big plus);
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Good organizational skills;
Knowledge of rates and ability to plan trips from the beginning to the end;
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.;
Knowledge of load boards – DAT and Truck Stop;
Ability to build relationships with brokers, drivers and company partners;
Ability to take responsibility and solve problems;
Multitasking;
Ability to dispatch 5-8 trucks.

Your responsibilities:

Monitor and communicate with the drivers;
Negotiate and create relationships with the brokers;
Find and book the best loads;
Keep daily updates.
