The role in a nutshell:
As part of the payroll team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll processing for our clients in Switzerland. With responsibility for managing all related work processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' operations and contribute to their success.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Maintain payroll records: Help update and track employee information, including new hires, departures, transfers, and any changes to contracts.
Assist with payroll preparation: Support the team in ensuring payroll is accurate and delivered on time each month.
Handle client inquiries: Respond to questions via phone and email, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Build strong relationships: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients by offering great service and support.
Support financial reporting: Gather and organize payroll data, helping to prepare reports for the finance team.
Resolve payroll issues: Investigate and help solve payroll problems or discrepancies, ensuring employees are paid correctly.
What Will Give You an Advantage:
Previous experience in accounting or payroll is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong written and spoken English. Additional languages like French or German are a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using Excel, Word, and payroll systems
