Middle Golang Developer

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of commercial expertise with Golang
Programming experience in strongly typed programming languages (mainly GoLang)
Understand/know information transfer protocols between the client and the server, know the features and differences between the options, a thorough understanding of HTTP/HTTPS
Experience in profiling and optimizing high-load network services (100K requests per second; 1M active connections on the server)
Understanding and confident use of: multithreading, synchronization, concurrency primitives; optimization of storage and analysis of large volumes of logs/statistics (from 1TB and above)
Experience in writing multithreaded applications, knowledge and understanding of the principles of designing such systems
Experience working with OLAP/OLTP systems, knowledge of SQL basics
Understanding the features of *nix systems and their architecture
The ability to invest the causes of load on servers as an integral part of debugging a high-load application
Ability to choose appropriate data structures and algorithms for the task
Grafana / Prometheus — 1+ year
Experience with GitLab CI, Jira and Postman
Ability to accurately assess time requirements for tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality results
Skilled at analyzing complex challenges and finding the most efficient and effective solutions to meet deadlines

Experience in AdTech
Skills in system design
Experience scaling servers/databases
Deep understanding of the interaction of the program with the hardware part
Good spoken and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Traffic processing
Responsibility for ensuring the stability, scalability, and optimization of services
Provide feedback using the SBI format
Participation in the design of applications, functionality
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
Implementation of new technologies and approaches in development
Search and implementation of optimal technical solutions
