About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex IT and organizational projects, ensuring successful execution within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing external vendors, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Coordinate work across teams, internal departments, and external vendors
Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, and budget
Analyze current business processes and propose optimization strategies
Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes efficiently
Ensure contract compliance and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, PM2, Agile, Scrum)
Proven experience in IT project management and/or organizational transformations
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English is a plus)
Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
