Position: Software Architect / Senior Software Developer

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Employment: Full-time and part-time

Start Date: Immediately

Your Responsibilities:

As a Software Architect/ Senior Software Developer you will be involved in all stages of the development process, from initial idea and concept to complete implementation.
You will take over the continuation, definition, and maintenance of the software architecture.
Analyse complex requirements and develop tailor-made IT concepts in close collaboration with the client.
Develop and implement automated tests.
Take on project responsibility.
Your Qualifications:

Ideally, a degree in an IT-related field.
Several years of experience in the conception and development of software architectures.
Strong knowledge of standards and methods of software architecture design and design principles.
Proficiency in Java development.
APIs & Frameworks: JPA, Spring (Boot, Security), REST.
Extensive practical experience with common tools and development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, Git, and ideally the Atlassian Tools JIRA and Confluence.
Practical experience in modeling software systems (UML) and their conception and documentation according to common standards.
Practical experience with SQL (ideally MySQL or Oracle).
Optional: Knowledge of Javascript, Bootstrap, Angular & Angular Material.
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and supporting colleagues.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
High level of initiative, independence, commitment, and reliability.
