Software development manager

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to come and join our team. Your responsibilities:
- Development (including hands on coding) of Mobile-Technologies product.
- Drive 3 to 5 developers: mobile (Flutter), web (JSF), backend (Java and low-code development)
- Be an active participant in discussions about design and architecture
- Pro-actively look for ways to make Mobile-Technologies better: new technologies implementation, process improvement.
- Be passionate about technology & quality deliverables and be an advocate for best practices in software development (code review, unit test coverage, etc.)

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience (all is not required):
- Experience in working with Java
- Experience with Hibernate and Spring Framework
- Experience with JSF (PrimeFaces) or similar technology, JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax, HTML / CSS
- Experience with Web Services (RESTful / SOAP)
- Be competent with database concepts and SQL. Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Experience with low-code development platform, NiFi preferable.
- Experience with on-promise and cloud (Azure, AWS) deployments
- Knowledge with containerization (Docker) and orchestration. Experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Comfortable working with SVN or similar
- Good communication skills in English
