Technical system and standardization manager

We are a facility management company based in Oslo, Norway. Our customers are commercial buildings and apartment building owners. We deliver services to the buildings and we are managing the buildings for the owners

We are looking for a technical manager for our technical systems for our facility management and real estate business located in Norway.

Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for all ISO, INSTA and NS standards that we are using, how we are using them and implementing them in our systems.
• Registration of all equipment, buildings and projects in our systems by using these standards.
• Implementation of these standards in our company, making sure that all of our sub-contractors are using these standards when they are delivering services to us and our buildings.
• Implementation and registration of new customers in our technical systems.
• Implementation and registration of new equipment and projects in our technical systems.
• Create instructions and routines on everything related to the standard, how they should be used, how internal employees and our sub-contractors should use the standards.
• Control that the internal instructions and the standards are used as they should.
• Technical system owner – take ownership over our technical systems and make sure the systems are uses as they should.
• Update the technical systems when needed
• Receive documentation from the subcontractors and other internal employees to register and archive it.
• BIM

• We use standardized documents and folder system on Dropbox for storing of documents and files
• We use Excel sheets to control different technical objects


These Norwegian standards will be translated to English and will be the standards your tasks will be depending on:
• SN/TS 3456 2018
• NS 3451 2009
• 3457-7 Identification in digital models and labels in buildings
• 3457-7 Guide on using the TFM system
• 3457-8 Component codes in buildings
• 3457-9 Labeling of systems and components in buildings
• prNS 3451_2009 Guide to using system codes from NS 3451 in identification and labeling
